I spent over 20 years leading high-stakes productions for some of the world's most recognized organizations up and down the east coast and internationally. I built a career on solving complex problems under pressure, managing multiple moving parts, and never letting things fall through the cracks. Those skills didn't leave me when I changed direction. They're exactly what I bring to every client I work with today.

When I launched Harmony Technical Services — operating as TechHelp — I had one goal: bring real cybersecurity expertise directly to the people and businesses that need it most.

Here's what sets TechHelp apart: I approach every service through a security lens. Any IT professional can set up your smart home, configure your mesh network, or get your devices talking to each other. I do all of that — and I do it the right way. That means secure configurations, proper network segmentation, hardened devices, and no shortcuts that leave you exposed. Whether I'm setting up a new system, troubleshooting your network, or conducting a security assessment, my goal is the same: make sure that when I leave, you're not just connected — you're protected.

TechHelp serves individuals, families, small businesses, and nonprofits across the Mount Pleasant area with a full range of IT and cybersecurity services, including device setup and integration, smart home and mesh system installation, network configuration and multi-device management, mobile device hardening, security assessments, and post-hack remediation. I also offer ongoing maintenance and support plans for clients who want a consistent security partner rather than a one-time fix.

I also founded Senior Scammers, a free cybersecurity awareness program I deliver to 55+ communities throughout the Lowcountry. Elder fraud is one of the fastest growing cybersecurity threats in the country — and one of the most personal to me. Education and awareness are the most powerful tools we have against it. My goal is to reach 1,000 residents by the end of 2026.
